Kevin Bass, at first glance, might be mistaken for a mini recording artist, with his high profile style and occasional use of an entourage, but behind it all Kevin is mostly just a hardcore VW enthusiast like you or I. Sure his MK4 puts out over 350hp, sports Porsche anchors and has some of the sweetest custom bodywork you've seen, but unlike many Kevin's ego has remained in check.

The explanation for this is his constant desire to make his car better, faster, stronger. In his eyes, his car is never done and the daily discussions about how to improve his prized GLI enable our imaginations to operate unconfined by monetary limitations. Despite the desire for improvement, Kevin has not become complacent towards his sedan which is evident by the immaculate condition it is always kept in.

Future plans for this shiny sled include increased displacement, larger turbo, BBS Motorsport wheels and potentially AWD. These might sound like lofty goals, but if you've ever spoken to Kevin you will know that he is all business when it comes to his car.

Most would consider this ride to be solid gold among dubs, but that is just not enough for Kevin Bass. He's on a mission to take it platinum.
